The Egg Poacher

My husband cannot make many dishes, but he sure can poach an egg. He’s a Master Egg Poacher. Ever since we watched the Master Chef episode with the Egg Benedict Challenge, husband has been perfecting his skills. I've scoffed, but poaching the perfect egg is a lot harder than it looks. Sadly, I have yet to perfect one and have given up completely. If I want a poached egg, I'll just call on him. He makes it look so beautiful on the outside and the inside is no different. The yolk oozes out like liquid gold as you slice into it. It's the perfect consistency. I like to randomly top off dishes with a poached egg -- on a sandwich, on my ramen, and below, on top of Vietnamese Chicken Salad.
