Steamed Chicken with Vietnamese Coriander (Ga Hap Rau Ram)

This steamed chicken is lightly seasoned then steamed with lots of Vietnamese coriander (rau ram). It is also served with plenty of fresh coriander and a lemon-salt-pepper dipping sauce on the side.
