There's no sushi rice to make. There's no rolling. It's so quick and easy that it's now one of my go-to meals when I'm short on time.

Lion King Roll (Sushi)

Sushi is delicious, but it can get expensive eating out all the time. I finally was able to replicate one of my favorite sushi at home.
